Spam Control
Spam Control
The Spam Control section empowers Bubsy AI to actively detect and manage spam in your community, ensuring a streamlined and relevant conversation environment. Bubsy’s AI analyzes messages across three spam categories—Intelligent Spam, Computer Vision Spam, and Advertiser Spam—to mute or block users automatically when spam is detected.
This feature offers a proactive approach to minimizing disruptions from irrelevant, repetitive, or unsolicited content, creating a more enjoyable experience for your community.
Configuring Spam Control
The following settings allow you to tailor Bubsy’s spam detection and control to suit the needs of your community:
Intelligent Spam: This setting enables Bubsy’s spam-detection algorithms to assess messages for repetitive, irrelevant, or disruptive content that may not be caught by simpler filters. With the On/Off toggle, you can activate or deactivate this feature as needed, giving you flexibility in managing this type of spam.
Computer Vision Spam: Using advanced image recognition, Bubsy can detect spam messages that include inappropriate or disruptive images. You can configure the detection sensitivity with options ranging from Off to Low, Medium, and High. Setting a higher level means stricter filtering for images, while a lower level reduces filtering intensity.
Advertiser Spam: This setting helps detect messages that promote unwanted advertisements or solicitations. Adjust the level of sensitivity from Off to Low, Medium, or High to control how strictly Bubsy blocks advertisement-like spam, allowing you to balance promotional tolerance with relevance.
